Sample acceptance
Agree checks for dimensions, edge finish, visible defects, installation, touch operation and packaging. Agree measurable acceptance criteria with our team for your production order.
Create a sample approval record
Keep the approved sample reference, drawing revision, finish and packaging version together. Record the target vehicle, screen position and installation observations. Use this record when reviewing the bulk order so a change in appearance or fit can be traced to a specific requirement.
Agree checks for glass and installation
Define how to check outline dimensions, edge condition, chips, scratches and visible contamination. On an installed sample, review alignment, touch response and display readability. Agree the inspection conditions and acceptable limits before ordering; a generic hardness or coating description does not replace product-specific evidence.
Check the complete retail pack
Compare the label and barcode with the product reference inside the pack. Confirm the quantity, installation accessories and instruction version. For mixed-SKU shipments, agree carton identification and packing-list details to reduce receiving and fulfillment errors.
Record and resolve discrepancies
For a suspected defect, provide the order and product reference, affected quantity, photographs and inspection conditions. Keep damaged packaging when transport damage is suspected. Agree the investigation and resolution for the specific order; do not assume a photograph alone establishes the cause.
Pre-shipment review
Specify inspection scope, sample quantity, labeling and packaging checks in the order. Test reports and certifications are supplied only where available and applicable; no blanket certification claim is made.
