Plan a multi-SKU wholesale order

List each vehicle and screen configuration separately, with its finish and expected quantity. Separate center and rear screens even when they will be sold as a set. Ask for the minimum order quantity by configuration and packaging option; a total mixed order quantity alone is not enough to confirm production terms.

Prepare private-label packaging for your market

Send the brand artwork, pack contents, barcode requirements and instruction language. Identify which vehicle and display details belong on each label so similar-looking protectors can be distinguished in your warehouse. Review the packaging proof alongside the sample; confirm any destination-market labeling requirements before approval.

Keep repeat orders consistent

Use an approved product reference, drawing revision, finish reference and packaging version on the purchase order. For a reorder, confirm whether the target vehicle display or artwork has changed. Request a revised sample when the agreed specification changes rather than assuming the previous approval covers a new configuration.

Move to a documented order

MOQ, tooling, sample cost, lead time and inspection criteria are confirmed in the quotation. Production starts against agreed specifications and sample approval.
