Clear and matte finishes create different viewing experiences. Evaluate samples with the same display brightness, cabin lighting and viewing position.
Set a purchasing criterion
Ask whether preserving fine image detail or changing the appearance of reflections matters more for your customer. Matte textures can alter perceived sharpness; finish names alone do not specify performance.
Keep the specification reproducible
Record the chosen sample, vehicle configuration, finish reference and agreed inspection criteria. Request separate quotations when offering more than one finish.
