Define the shape & dimensions
Share a dimensioned drawing or discuss a physical reference sample. Specify width, height, corner profile, cutouts and coverage. Screen diagonal alone cannot define the protector.
Agree the glass specification
Tell us your preferred finish, thickness and surface requirements. We confirm the available specification, development requirements and quotation for your project.
Review & approve the sample
Check the sample on the intended display for outline, edge clearance, visibility, touch operation and installation. Record the approved specification before bulk production.
Confirm branding & packaging
Finalize packaging artwork, labels, instructions and installation-kit contents. Align pack quantities with your wholesale or distribution requirements.
Confirm production & inspection
Agree the order quantity, production schedule and inspection criteria against the approved sample. Confirm packaging and shipping requirements before dispatch.

MOQ, samples & production lead time
These depend on the model, specification, packaging and order quantity. Send your vehicle list and quantity per model for a project-specific quotation.
Provide a usable drawing reference
Label dimensions in millimeters and give the drawing a revision number. Distinguish the visible display area from the area you want the protector to cover. If you only have photographs or a physical reference, identify which measurements remain unverified so they can be resolved during development.
Review curved and combined displays separately
A wide dashboard assembly may contain more than one screen or a shaped outer cover. Send front and side views and identify whether you need one protector or separate pieces. Material, coverage and manufacturing feasibility require review for the actual surface; a similar dashboard photograph is not proof of fit.
Document sample changes
Record the sample reference, target vehicle configuration and photographs of any edge, cutout or installation issue. Mark requested changes on the same drawing revision. Before approving a replacement sample, recheck the affected area and the remaining screen coverage.
